KettleBells...One of the best in home workouts. Why aren't you using them?

First, a very quick history of the kettlebell. It is widely agreed Russians were the first spotted using the kettlebell in the early 1700's. It was primarily a tool used by farmers to help measure out crops. Now like anyone bored on a farm the farmers started swinging them around and, lo and behold, they got stronger, and healthier. Two names to research when thinking kettlebells (Vladislav Kraevsky and Pavel Tsatouline).  Enough said!!!



Kettlebells are a common sight at your local fitness center, but not as common is seeing someone using them, or using them correctly.



What can the Kettlebell do for me?


1. Improve cardiovascular health.

2. Increase strength and lean muscle mass.

3. Overall make you feel like a badass for knowing how to use them.

Now who doesn't want those things? They take up very little space and you can now buy them at Target!!!


In my humble opinion the kettlebell is the single best piece of home gym equipment and my stranded on a desert island workout.





I think you get the point. The Kettlebell is a very powerful tool alone or a game changer added to a comprehensive workout routine.
