Working out in your own home is a great way to take control of your personal health. Hiring a certified personal trainer that comes to your home is the best way to get the most out of your in home workouts. Hiring a trainer that brings all the workout equipment with them is as good as it gets. The space needed for most Steel Core Fitness in home workouts is minimal, but needs to be clear of anything breakable. The larger the group the larger the space needed. Working out at an outdoor location is a great way to energize any workout. I can meet you at a local park or field as long as we have the proper authorization and weather permitting. My travel distance for a location training session can be extended depending on day, time, and size of group.
